We want to inform, educate, and empower tech innovators in developing nations and together make a global impact.
Mentorship Programs
We want to connect emerging tech talent in developing nations with global professionals to build skills, confidence, and real-world readiness—turning learners into problem-solvers who can compete and create impact globally.
Fewer than 5% of youth in Africa is trained in advanced tech skills. Formal mentorship access is as low as 12% for early career professionals. Structured guidance could dramatically change their outcomes. With the right support, mentored talent could advance 40% faster and earn 28% more than self-learners. Our programs will close this mentorship gap and turn promise into professional success.
A Global Network
TechSculptics will be a borderless network linking technologists, educators, and innovators—opening access to opportunities, collaboration, and visibility for talent often left out of the global tech conversation.
While over 2.2 billion people remain offline and digital divides persist between high-income and low-income nations, our global network connects underrepresented talent to opportunities, collaborations, and visibility that would otherwise be inaccessible — accelerating inclusion in the 21st-century economy.
Community Projects
We will deliver community-led tech projects that tackle real local challenges—transforming digital skills into practical solutions across education, health, agriculture, and public services.
By embedding tech in local problem solving, we will help communities thrive in a world where 87% of jobs now require digital skills yet only a fraction of the population is prepared. Our projects will turn digital literacy into tangible change in education, health, agriculture, and beyond.
Crowdfunding for Scholarships
We want to attract global support for scholarships to help remove barriers and give high-potential learners in underserved communities access to critical tech education.
With less than 50% digital literacy in many developing regions and 90% of jobs requiring these skills today, scholarship crowdfunding directly injects resources into talent that traditional systems overlook — enabling learners to compete in tomorrow’s job market.
Global Internship Program
We want to place emerging talent into real global roles—to close the experience gap while creating shared value between international organizations and local innovators.
As demand for digital talent grows — with 230+ million jobs in Sub-Saharan Africa expected to need digital competencies by 2030 — we will help bridge the experience gap by placing emerging talent into real global roles to accelerate job readiness and build economic mobility at scale.
Startup Studio
We want to help founders build impact-driven startups—from idea to execution—supporting solutions that solve local problems, create jobs, and scale sustainably.
To help meet the projected need to upskill 650 million digital workers in Africa by 2030, our Startup Studio will equip selected local innovators with the skills and knowledge to validate their early ideas in the marketplace. Then, we will connect them with venture capital to create new jobs, solve local problems, and build sustainable new businesses — turning potential into economic growth and community resilience.
2026 Tech Conference
Our 2026 Tech Conference will convene for the first time ever global experts and local change-makers to exchange ideas, form partnerships, and co-design solutions for closing the tech gap in developing economies.
